Material selection and processing

We use high-purity molybdenum powder through pressing, high-temperature sintering, rolling, cutting, grinding (rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing) and final quality inspection. Polishing the product can improve the surface finish and flatness of the molybdenum sheet to achieve the required accuracy and surface quality requirements. We can accept customized production requirements from customers, whether it is processing technology or size specifications.

Application

Integrated Circuit: As a sputtering target in the manufacture of integrated circuits, it is used to deposit molybdenum films on substrates such as silicon wafers to improve the performance and reliability of integrated circuits.
High-temperature furnace parts: These can be made into heating elements and heat shield materials for high-temperature furnaces to improve processing efficiency and stability.
Vacuum coating: It can be used as an evaporation source material to form high-quality metal films on the surface of the substrate material, which can be used in optics, flat panel display devices, decoration and other fields.
