There are following precautions when using Molybdenum Base Alloy Plug:
1. Every time the plug is worn, the surface must be checked for defects such as steel sticking, pitting, serious cracks, etc. If serious defects occur, they should be replaced in time.
2. If the size of the plug becomes smaller after long-term use and cannot meet the perforation requirements, it can be remodeled and used if there are no other defects.
3. Due to the sublimation characteristics of molybdenum, protective measures or a protective atmosphere need to be used when heating the plug. Generally, heavy oil combustion flame is used for heating. The flame covers the plug to isolate the air and prevent the occurrence of molybdenum sublimation.
