CuAl2O3 Welding Electrode Cap is specially used in the spot welding process or TIG welding process of metal materials. Its electrode life is more than 5 times that of ordinary chrome-zirconium copper, which can reduce the time for electrode grinding and improve the efficiency of automatic welding production lines. CuAl2O3 Welding Electrode Caps are suitable for various welding equipment, such as electronic spot welders, butt welders, heat presses and ultrasonic welders, etc. Welding Electrode Caps often feature a spherical surface, which is easier to clean, less warped, and able to withstand higher pressures.
